WOW 1 DAY PAINTING York & Durham Region

I live in a 900 sq. ft. condo and contacted Wow1Day painting in March for a quote. A rep. came over and quoted me $3,546 to paint about 2/3'ds of my condo. I asked about reducing the price and he said he could offer a 10% discount if I agreed to go on standby (meaning less than 48 hours notice that the painters would arrive). I agreed. Two weeks later I was told by a different rep. that the first rep. no longer worked for the company and that my 10% discount was revoked because "it's April and I just received 14 quotes today." Nonetheless I agreed to proceed. I am not going to go every detail and will let the pictures speak for themselves. They rushed the job, plain and simple. They sent 5 workers who worked six hours for $3500 including materials. At first glance, things looked great, but missing switch face plates, screws, paint splatter and brush marks on counters and window screens, paint over wet mudding, etc. all became obvious about a day or two later. These people rush, plain and simple. 5 different people all working in different rooms at the same time will result in varying levels of quality. This company did try to make things right with the damage to my screens, but still claimed most of the poor quality was in my mind (again, see the photos). I've learned that paying a premium does not guarantee quality so please don't fall for 1-day painting unless quality is not a top issue for you.
