Washing machine repair

Our washing machine was filling with water as a result of a water valve inlet issue. Dima was quick to diagnose this issue and was able to repair a few days later when part was available. He was professional, courteous, diligent and worked in a very timely fashion. Thanks!!

Stove inspection and repair

Dima came to our house within 24 hours of our call to inspect our stove which was not working. He diagnosed the entire appliance, testing new parts and then advised the unit was not the issue, but likely power surges within our home. He spent two hours diligently working through the matter explaining things and trying to find the problem. Despite this, he only charged us for the service call.

I would recommend Dima and use him again

Dima came in to repair the dishwasher, and he was very professional and organized. He found the source of the problem right away. What I found very helpful is that as he explained the issue, he also showed the video he took on his phone of the problem. After he did the repair he showed us the video of the dishwasher working properly after it was fixed. He had to replace the water proof system, because the dishwasher was leaking and wouldn't wash the dishes- it would only make a gurgling sound. He was very nice, as he cleaned the filter for free and reassured me everything was fixed before he left by showing the results and running the dishwasher himself. His service was also quick, as he was experienced. I would highly recommend him and the company to others.
