Dima was the technician who did the work and he was very knowledgeable about the stove and it’s problem. He was very efficient in getting the work done.

Dima, the service representative, was professional,thorough, diagnosed the problem, answered all of my questions patiently and repaired The dishwasher quickly and left the kitchen as clean as he found it. I would recommend him and the company highly.

Initially started with the e-mail. Few minutes later company called me to fix the appointment. Couple of hours later we’ll mannered young man called Ilia showed up and fixed my washing machine in less than 45 minutes . I had spinning problem. Everything happened within few hours. Wow... Excellent service. Knowledgeable technician. What else we customers need more than this. I am very satisfied. Will recommend to my friends and family without doubt.

I have a washer that is less than three years old purchased from Sears which subsequently went out of business. This ended my warranty.
It was great relief to be able to get online and find fixappliances as an alternative. Dima was my repair man and quickly found the cause of my washer leak. He was very clear on communicating the cause of the problem and my alternative for either repair or replacement. I would certainly use his services again for appliance repair.

I needed a simple control board replacement and repaired wiring harness connection.

Dima was the technician. He showed up on time, was professional, knew his work and had the necessary part with him.

I have two concerns:
The overall price seems to be based on how much a new appliance would cost.

The diagnosis took about 2 minutes and the actual repair was about 20 minutes. The tecnician said he does a couple of the same repairs every day. After consulting with his office by phone the labour charge was over $200 per hour. I don't mind the very large mark up on the part, but I was quite surprised at the labour charge.

I would certainly recommend the technician, but would think hard about recommending the service, based on the pricing.

An expensive component on our induction stove went and we had a choice. Buy a new stove or repair. We chose repair. The company were easy to talk to and the tech was great to work with. Fingers crossed we made the right move and the stove will last a few more years
