Fix Appliances were able to come same day (on a Sunday!) and complete the repair to my Blomberg freezer, which was pooling water in the interior and had serious ice build up. Eduard is an experienced technician who was clear, patient, and competent in explaining exactly what the issue was—a broken temperature sensor, which was impairing the automatic defrost function. I hope I don’t need to call Fix again for other repairs, but if I do I would not hesitate to. So relieved to have found a reliable resource who got the job done.
