After breaking my father in laws washing machine shortly after moving in, and not having the ability to procure a new machine for several weeks due to covid, fixing was the only solution that made sense. Dima provided an accurate description of the problem, had the parts on hand and was able to fix and clean the machine so that it was in proper working order! He was professional and quick.
