Samsung Fridge Repair

We have had this fridge issue for a while. I have tried to work out a few things with no luck. It just would not cool at all. Had to throw out even some groceries recently. It was very painful. After looking at reviews on Homestars, I decided to give Fix appliances a try and it turned out to be very quick and customer friendly service. Cost I felt may be a little bit on higher side but customer service is worth it.
I did have a few things in my mind when technician, Vladimir, came to inspect and diagnose, but as soon as I had my service set up, he came back on time to repair it with same professionalism.

Overall very good experience and would def. recommend.

Washing machine fix

I've used Fix Appliances at my old home so I didn't hesitate to use them again. Scheduling with the inline chat is so easy! I was happy to have the same technician (Sergey) both times - he is so thorough and explains everything , such a great guy. I mean I hope I don't need them again but if anything else breaks they're the only people I'm calling!! Thanks Fix Team

Microwave not heating

Our microwave stopped heating. Eduard showed up quickly and ran tests. We needed a new magnetron, which he ordered for us, then returned to re-install the unit. Good communication throughout and great service. Thank you, Eduard and Eli!

Fix Appliances CA made it right

Appliance Repair review in Toronto

Fix Appliances CA came to fix my washer, which had its gasket shredded by the drum. The repairman was booked quickly and easily online, and after his assessment visit, he went out of his way to find the correct sized gasket.

Unfortunately, the drum shredded the new gasket too, which was dismaying since the repairman did not diagnose a misaligned washer drum. Since I paid for a repair, and not a band-aid solution, the manager at Fix Appliances CA provided a partial refund.

Despite this issue, I would absolutely use Fix Appliances CA again, because everyone was extremely polite and professional,. The customer service reps were on-the-ball, professional, and made the booking process easy. The repairman put on booties, wore a mask, and was very polite and professional. Plus the cost was not over-the-top.
