Refrigerator repair

Our fridge was not cooling properly, although the freezer seemed fine. We found Fix Appliance online and submitted a work order. We were contacted within the hour and able to arrange for service the following day. When the technician arrived, he diagnosed the problem and advised of the cost of repair. Our technician, Sanjar was very polite and professional. He was quite knowledgeable and very tidy. He replaced the part with efficiency and skill. I would definitely use Fix Appliance Ca again and was extremely happy with our technician, he was great!

Fridge/Freezer repair

Fridge had a plugged drain in freezer compartment. Sergey was very knowledgeable. He cleaned and repaired it in no time. He answered my questions and gave some maintenance tips. I did forget to ask him about balancing the fridge doors though.
Will call them again to fix my dishwasher next. Maybe i'll get Sergey again.

Sergeii came to our house on a Friday evening before we were leaving for vacation and saved the day. He was courteous, professional, tidy and capable.

Our washing machine was leaking a ton of water so we called a few repair shops. Fix Appliances provided a technician the next day (after so many other companies refused to come to the King city area). Dima arrived and within minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very kind, respectful and is very experienced in his field. Dima also provided great information on how to care for our washing machine. I would only recommend this company and ask for Dima if you can as you will not be disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. Thank you Dima!

Built in Refrigerator Repair

Thank you Sandjar for coming out on this last holiday Monday and getting my built in fridge working properly again. Sandjar was very professional and courteous a pleasant change from dealing with another local Barrie company that left me without a working fridge for 3 months! Im very happy I called Fix Appliance Ca. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary. My only regret is that I did not call them first.
