There are so many cleaning services out there and I will be honest, I really struggled to find one that truly performs on the level of its website description. From the moment that I first called Valentina, I knew that I can trust her company. She was very articulate on the phone and took her time to explain to me what her company's services include and how their pricing works. She is very tolerant and what I loved most is that she was willing to accommodate my needs 100% while keeping in mind my budget. And when it comes to the cleaning service...let me put it this way: I was jumping up and down out of happiness how clean my apartment was. I practically fell in love with the look of my apartment.
When it comes to re-scheduling of services, Valentina has always been very patient with me and has always given her best to accommodate me even then. There hasn't been a time where she would not return my calls or e-mails, if I couldn't reach her.
