I had a whole backyard renovation done by Louise and his crew. What started off to being a great looking job ended up being a disaster. Had irrigation problem which lead to over watering of new sod which never took it pulled out row by row as the same way it was laid my soil has lots of clay in it Louise should of known to have put down soil before laying the new sod never did after I asked him to so the new grass never ever rooted he set the new installed irrigation to over water my yard so that he can compensate putting down soil and hoping that the new grass would take never did. Secondly the patio which he out down the polymeric sand which he used never hardened and just came out after ever ever rain he told me it was the new supplier he used and promised to come back and replace the sand never did. He used two patio tiles to be used as a step which he was suppose to give me a one piece step was gonna come back and replace the step since the one he made came unlevel and sank. Now going onto three years of false promises of coming back to fix the irrigation to replace my grass and redo the step has made false promises and never came back to compete his obligation. If anyone would like to come and see some of his best work I would more than honored to show you. Does not belong on HomeStars where he can take advantage of potential home owners. If you don't know he will cut corners to give you a great price but his work reflects this. Pictures to anyone who requests them!! Very disappointed in Louise and his crew I thought I hired the right guy to give me my backyard oasis but it's been and still is a disaster only this time it cost me money to get it this way.

Amazing, meticulous work! Louis and his crew worked incredibly hard, are highly skilled and ensured that every detail was attended to. As a landscape designer, Louis’ advice on materials and design were invaluable and resulted in a deck beyond my expectations. I have no reservations recommending Water Dynamik and have widely distributed their cards to friends who are contemplating outdoor projects.

Work Undertaken:

Break up concrete between homes; waterproof wall; grade space; install drain; lay graded pavers. Break up concrete between house and garage; remove old deck; waterproof wall; grade and install pavers; design and build deck with privacy screens and storage.

Louis and his team are quick, clean and efficient in their work. Their customer service is superior with the sound advice I received and their helpful nature when choosing various options and products. You can tell this family business takes much pride in their work as they leave the job site spotless.

I have been a customer since operations began and service has always been excellent. I get my sprinkler system opened in the spring and closed in the fall. I am even comfortable writing this review while I have some time, without knowing the final bill for this spring’s servive (as some parts were required which wasn’t known when the appointment was booked), as I haven’t had any issues with cost with this company.

They were amazing company and people who love what they do. They take care of everything even including some extra works that need to be done but they just get them done perfectly and professionally in every little detail.
