I hired this guy in 2013 to do a bathroom. He demolished the old one and disappeared for about a week. After I finally contacted him he asked for an advance because he smashed up his van. I gave him an advance and then he disappeared for another week. I finally tracked him down amd he had all kinds of excuses. He continued the work and I questioned his parts, the tun did not have a lip and when I asked him about the fixtures he swore that they where Moen which I insisted on: he finally finished a month late, the tiler he hired was afraid that Ave would not pay him and expressed that a few times to me. Threw days after the bathroom was complete the toilet overflowed, I called Ane and he said he would have to charge me to fix it. I ended up calling someone else who found the problem it was the wax seal that was stuck in the pipe. 6 months later the tub leaked into the basement t because it tus not have a lil and the silicon between the tub and the silicon parted. 4 years later the shower valve deteriorated, I could not find a replacement cartridge as it was not Moen so I had to cut tule out and replace the whole valve which cost me $500 instead of $50 had the valve been a Moen which Abe swore it was. This guy should be run out of town, overall the worst contractor I have ever hired.
