We had got most of our house done by Carlos a year ago and had no problems that time and asked him to come back and do a few more windows. He did the measurements and took a deposit of $300 but when it came time to install I had to continuously call and text him. He kept saying he was coming so I would stay home and wait and he would never show. He did this 4 times. I would have to call continuously to try to get ahold of him. He would never let me know he wasn’t coming. He would never apologize or give a reason for not showing. Finally he ended up coming back. Said he would come at noon by showed at 7pm. And then his measurements were off and they wouldn’t fit our French doors. He is unreliable and you have to hound him continuously for him to maybe show. Not worth your time. Do not use this company. Find a different one.
