I hired Dmitri to install an A/C unit in our 2,600 sq ft home. He recommended and provided an A/C unit for our home that works great. It was obvious he genuinely cared about our home and delivering a very high level of professionalism. We would absolutely recommend Heatmaster Services to friends and family.

My furnace fan wasn't blowing. So I called Dmitri. He came over checked things out and thought it was some part not working, happened to have the part in his truck. As he checked out the electrical he discovered we had an electrical problem and it wasn't the part he was going to install. He then gave us the phone number of a really good electrician. He is SO HONEST and PROFESSIONAL and so many trades people could learn from him. He is the BEST!!!

Dmitri is Honest, Reliable, very personable and respectful. My furnace motor burnt out over a holiday weekend and it was hard to get someone in who wasn't trying to exploit the situation. After making about 20 calls, one of the vendors got me in touch with Dmitri.

Dmitri came in the following morning on Good Friday (he would have come the same night but it was -2 overnight and I decided to rough it out). He didn't charge me overtime rates for coming in on a holiday like the other vendors were going to.

He got the job done, got my heat back on. I just paid 100$ for the hardware to store to open during non-business hours. Please note that 100$ is included in the 551$ amount listed above. Very pleasant experience with a competent skilled contractor who knows what he's doing and even educates you in the process. And I have no doubt, he stands behind his work. I highly recommend Dmitri!

The service was completed in a very professional and honest way. If it is not needed, you won't be asked to buy new parts. No up-sale pressure. I would certainly recommend this company.

Really good and quick service, he was very professional and didn't try to sell me something that didn't need to get done.
In the last couple of years he has replaced the blower motor of my house furnace, replaced my water heater that gave in and did a new furnace installation for me at a later date for a secondary furnace.
The most recent was the water heater. (Cost of the heater and parts not included in the cost)

I recommand this man to everyone. Trust me! You will too. To tell you more would be foolish and a waste of my time. Good service, and a honest person alwasys wins.

I am completely and thoroughly impressed with Heatmaster Services! I had ordered a new furnace and a new hot water tank from them and asked them to install it as well. The new furnace and a 50 gallon hot water tank arrived with them so we didn't have to wait for it to come. Heatmaster Services removed the old furnace and water tank. They had to do some work on the cold air return and redo some of the heating ducts which had not been installed properly when the house was built. Heatmaster services cleaned up after they finished their work,
removed the old hot water tank and furnace from the yard as well. This was all done within one day!
Heatmaster services was punctual by arriving at the time they said they would, have good quality products, have a great price and charged what they quoted even though they had to do
some work on the heat ducts, made sure the furnace and hot
water tank worked properly before they left, and checked with us in a few days to make sure everything was working properly.
Heatmaster Services is a very reliable, respectable and honest
company. The quality of Heatmaster Services work was excellent!!
