I've been using Dmitri for five or six years now. Always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He only does what needs to be done and is very thorough and capable. I recommend him very highly for any furnace repair/maintenance or HVAC project.

I had Heatmaster Services quote and install a humidifer and air conditioning system in my home. Dmitri was able to provide the lowest quote, complete with a detailed breakdown of costs so that I could see where my money was being spent. You have to respect a company that is able to provide this sort of transparency and detail, then stay true to their word at the end of the job. He knew a lot about my older furnace system and was able to custom fit the right AC unit for my home. I knew I could trust his advise as he was able to point out minor problems in my existing heating system and fix them for free to stay true to his quote. The job was done on time and clean up was spotless. Every step of the install was explained in detail showing he is very knowledgable in his trade. My old furnace was 34 years old and was developing cracks in the heat exchanger. I called Dmitri for an estimate to replace the furnace with a new high efficiency unit. Dmitri was very pleasant to talk to, was very knowledgeable, and took good care to ensure we were purchasing the correct size furnace and options for our house. He also explained in detail the work that would be done and the upgrades required to existing systems.
Dmitri delivered exactly what he said he would do and on time and on budget. The furnace installation passed the City of Calgary's safety expectation with no issues.

**GREAT, PROMPT SERVICE, FAST AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING**

I called for a Furnace repair first thing in the morning. The owner Dimitri was at my house in about an hour. He did a quick walk through, diagnosed the problem while explaining what he was doing.

Dimitri actually had the part to get my Furnace working again stocked in his van. Less than 10min later, it was working great

Total time of visit: MAAAAAYBE 30 minutes.
