Replacement of electrical feed from pole to breaker panel.
I had an issue with my electrical feed coming in to the house from the pole in the alley. During a windstorm the strain relief on the house broke away and the wires were dangling between the pole and the house - unsupported. This presented a high risk to my home and my family. When I called Mike he came out immediately to have a look and temporarily rigged up a strain relief until he could get the permits in place for the fix. Mike replaced the entire feed in to my home quickly and efficiently in the middle of winter. He was so efficient my home did not even get cold while we had no power. Mike took the time to explain the options I had and what the best method was to fix the issue. He took care of all interactions with City Planning and Development and Epcor - truly a professional in every way. I recommend Mike to all my friends and family every chance I get.
