An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was in the middle of selling my home and the conditons of the sale required a service upgrade. Mike came in and gave me a quote scheduled with Epcor all the neccessary details and had inspections out same day as the change. We had power back on and a new system in a one day time frame. very happy with the service he provided and I would definatly recommend him again in the future.
