Hire another moving company! The owner is an arrogant, self serving narcissist. He has no desire to listen to your concerns, or do what works best for your move. He is not willing to negotiate when damage is done unless you sign a non disclosure agreement. In other words, we will only pay if you don't tell. He attempts to blame insurance instead of the neglect of the company. Clearly looks for the best way to benefit him in each move. 2 guys vs 3 guys when the 3rd guy shows up mid way to reduce the time but you end up overpaying and a tip. The 2 guy alternate means they drag their feet, come unprepared (no tools) and double or triple the time, so you overpay again. Having any discussion about this, he simply speaks over you and it's exhausting dealing with him. His staff back him on his scheme. I strongly recommend you do your research and read reviews before making any plans to hire this company. I moved around the corner, had significant damage and triple the usual time to move a small amount of items. I'm certain there is a manipulated plan behind the moves, how best to rake in the cash without any concern for their clients. It was suggested I go local, and now I realize this was a mistake. I've heard this appears to be a common issue with many moving companies but I suggest you rethink using this company.
