My hot water tank would not light so I called James at Titanium looking for same day service. He was able to accommodate me and can the same day, fixed the hot water tank rather than simply replace it for more money and also did a fall maintenance on my furnace and humidifier. Price seem fair as he did a pretty thorough job on my furnace check ( beware the $99 special who basically see if your furnace is on and give you a bill). James was pleasant and keen to build their small company through good service.

The service was great. The guys showed up on time and were able to fix the small gas leak in our mechanical room. Didn't take them very long at all. Would definitely recommend and have work done by them again.

I just moved into a place and was having issues with my furnace running continuously. I gave them a call and James was able to get me in extremely quickly. He was on time and accomodated for my schedule. James took a look and realized one of the switches was activating fan continuously. He serviced the house previously with the previous owner so he knew the history of furnace system and was able to give dates of when the system was serviced, which was amazing since I didn't know when things were serviced previously. He took care of the fan issue at no cost and I booked him in next week to fully service the furnace, drinking water filter, and humidifier.
I am very impressed with his honesty, non-sales like attitude, reasonable quote, and straight forward answers to my questions. I will be recommending Titanium Mechanical to all my friends.

Called James in the morning and had a new draft inducer motor assembly supplied and installed for my Carrier furnace within a three hour period of time. Cost was about $400 less than that quoted my normal service provider.

James was prompt and fast in arriving, finding and fixing an issue with our boiler. Everything is working, he was very easy to work with and I would utilize his skills again.

James is super punctual (showed up exactly 5minutes before) and explained and showed the cause of trouble. So, whatever he has done and charged us are very clear. We know what we did paied for. He is very friendly and easy to approch. We felt comfortable to ask some simple questions. (well, tricky for us, but simple for him) Of cause he answerd our basic quesions very politly and clearly. We strongly recommend him someone needs some water, heating service.

Looked on HomeStars for a recommendation on plumbing service. Based on reviews decided on Titanium Mechanical and was not disappointed. James was prompt , professional and courteous. He also pointed out problems with previous work unrelated to the current job.

Great service and worked with our schedule. Our job was small but James never made us feel like it wasn't important. He provided great service and was very professional. We will definitely use Titanium again in the future.

Installed my fire place in the basement, I smile every time I look at it. Installed second set washer/dryer. Roommate is happy he does not have to come upstairs to do the Landry anymore. Installed new furnace and AC 3 years ago. Still keep us warm in the winter cool in the summer. Next on the list is basement bar and hot tub install. Titanium does it all.
