The previous sink repair review was inaccurate and written in error. And I did have my kitchen sink and tap fixed by James the work was done very well I would gladly have James do work for me again.

I have used the services of Titanium Mechanical on multiple occasions and will continue to both use and refer them. I can always count on James and his team to show up on time, do a great job, and follow up if required. He has been available for questions that have nothing to do with work he has or will do for us, and that is greatly appreciated.

James is extremely helpful and very professional. I called quite a few companies to find out the charges for gas line installation and everyone gave me a ridiculous quote. Titanium Mechanical Services gave me a very fair price and the installation was done in a very professional manner. I can recommend this company to anyone in a blink of an eye.

I had a carbon monoxide scare this morning and the ATCO gas guy said that there was a leak of some sort in my furnace that would need to be checked out. So I called Titanium at 4pm and James was at my house by 7:30 even though I told him that it was not urgent. He made a small adjustment and explained that it wasn't anything serious. He didn't even charge me for coming out! He was very professional. He arrived on time and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone. He really made my day!

This company was recommended to me to fix my in-floor heating system. I called James who came over tried to diagnose the problem. After replacing all the parts that he thought would fix the problem, the problem still was not fixed. He brought in someone to help him fix the problem. They then claimed that it was now working okay so I paid them. After testing it I found that the system was still not working correctly, so I called James and he said that it would need another part. I this point I realize that he could not handle this job so I did not want him to come back. So my in-floor heating is still not working and I'm out $2500.00

No nonsense. Recommends best quality but gives an economic option as well which I appreciate. Showed up when he said he would without a sob story. We had a big job for him but he was able to handle it well.

We had a puddle from unknown source in the furnace room. James was called and the same day was out repairing the water connections and replacing a part for a much improved water collector that would not rust. I will happily use his services again. He explains well and does clean, efficient work.
