I have a 4 bedroom home with two furnaces. Over the years, i've used three different large plumbing-heating companies, and most recently, Titanium Mechanical Services. It was only Titanium Mechanical that took the time to explain how my system really worked, the age of the components and their status, and any problem areas that needed to be addressed immediately or in the future. The company was prompt and on time and delivered replacement components quickly and cleanly. James, who attended, displayed superb knowledge and craftsmanship, always with a customer-focused attitude.
