Floor Levelling during renovation
Lucas was recommended by our contractors to look at the concrete floors in our new-to-us home in Richmond, which is being renovated. We had obtained a quote from another company who seemed to think the job was daunting and overwhelming. Lucas met with my husband and acknowledged it would be a very big job but certainly not beyond his team's capability. He provided a quote quickly and was able to start quickly as well.
We chose to go with Lucas and are very glad we did. The work was completed in a timely and professional fashion, and the concrete subfloors are perfect now, ready for installation of new flooring. Lucas followed up with us afterward to ensure the job had met our needs - great service. Thank you!
