I wanted to contract this company to cut my lawn - I had the grass cut Mid May and we agreed to prorate the month of May so I could pay for one week.
The day their people came, Matt called me accused me of not telling the truth (he actually used another word but this platform won't allow me to use it), said my grass was not cut and he would charge me for the full month of May. He then hung up on me. I sent him a photo and he insisted it wasn't cut recently when I know for a fact it was because I cut it!
I would not recommend this service.
