I bought a house in Fort Erie and I called Ambicorp Property Inspections to ask if they can do an inspection on a short notice in Fort Erie. I spoke with Rob, the owner of the company and he agreed to come do the inspection even through it was on a weekend and the house was very far. The next day he started the inspection right on time and went for hours throughout the whole house inch by inch not leaving anything out. I was quite impressed how professional and knowledgeable he was. He worked very efficiently and took a lot of photos of the house. He also answered all of my questions while he was inspecting the house. After the house was inspected we received an inspection report with all of his findings. The report covered everything and was very detailed. I was more than satisfied with his services and would recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.
Rob is a very nice person and is very good at his job.

The inspector was very professional and took the time to explain to me every detail about the flaws of the house purchased.
