I am very happy and grateful for the services Rob provided me buying a property in Ajax. He is very friendly and knows his job very good. It was my second house and I can compare my previous and Rob for the home inspection. Rob gave the opportunity to negotiate with the seller to lower the price $2k. He also very details in his job and take around 3-4 hrs. which I very great. His electronic report is very quick with very effective with all the visuals and his summary page is also help to understand about the house.

Rob is an experienced and passionate individual. He left no stone unturned. I was investing in a property that could have ended in huge losses. With an air test Rob was able to identify a particular type of mold that was circulating in the air. After getting the results we returned to the site for further inspection and found multiple moisture issues. I would have been investing significant amounts of money in renovations. Rob saved me thousands of dollars as a result.

Rob is very professional and has great knowledge of his trade, the report is sent by email after a couple of hours via email with a accurate descriptions of all aspects of the house, illustrated by detailed pictures. Can get more thorough than that !

Very professional & courteous service from beginning to end. A complete report with pictures and full explanations became available shortly after the inspection. Rob pointed out several issues that would have gone unnoticed otherwise, and we are now equipped with the knowledge of how to fix these before moving into our new condo.
