Great service - super professional and reasonably priced
Rob provided excellent service and very professional approach. He was quick to respond , came in the middle of a blizzard and followed up with a second visit to inspect the roof of the house, when the snow was gone.
During the inspection, he pointed out not only obvious things, but also issues that only an experienced inspector could identify. Additionally I was very impressed how well equipped and prepared for his job is Rob.
His report came back very thorough. He provided me with photos related to every potential issue in the house. This helped me to negotiate the price of our house and plan well in advance what has to be fixed immediately and what needs to be addressed in the future.
I highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for house inspection.
