Rob came early and started his job before I arrived. He did very detail inspection inside out of my new purchased house. He was very professional and patiently explained issues been found during the inspection. I received his email with an impressive report same day afternoon. Very detailed point out all the issues some of even very minor problem along with recommendation or solution for the fixing. According that report, I sent an amendment to the seller to fix few major issues before the closing date. Thank you Rob, save my money from potential hassles.
