Pre-Purchase Inspection in Mississauga
My wife, on the advice of a coworker, scheduled Ambicorp for a pre-purchase inspection of a home she and I are buying. Rob, of Ambicorp, came out to do the inspection. He was very punctual, amiable, knowledgeable, and thorough. By 9:30 PM the same evening, he had put together an excellent, detailed report on all of the home's issues, with severity and repair timelines for each. His report was also full of good pictures and diagrams, pinpointing each issue. I was definitely impressed with Rob's thoroughness and the depth of his report. All in all, a great inspection experience.
