We were buying our second home and we knew what it ment to maintain a house. We knew what to expect when buying a property built 16 years ago. But for peace of mind we decided to hire a home inspector. We shopped around and found Ambicorp. Spoke to Rob, he was very professional and honest about what he can and can't do.

The house is big over 4000sqft and he took his time checked the exterior top to bottom then went through every room using thermography camera and moisture meter. He was kind enough to explain what he was doing as he went along. He pointed out things I did not notice in my two pervious visits. I was very impressed to see the attention to detail and the sincerity he had towards his job. He went through the house from basement all the way to the attic and took pictures of what needed immediate attention and what could be a potential problem over time. After completing his inspection he had a report sent to me in two hours with all the details of his findings with pictures and explanations along with solutions to some of the problems that were discovered.
We went over those issues with the seller and got more in depth understanding of the history of the house.
I am glad we hired Rob and I would recommend his services to anyone buying a house.
