One of my friend gave me Rob's number. Before I called him, I went online to check his profile. I was surprised to see his ratings. I called to make an appointment next day. He showed up on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was with him entire inspection. He was explaining while he was inspecting. He took his own time. He gave me a report and promised to provide additional reports(more following day. He did as he promised. I also contacted him to get more info. He answered my emails on time.
