Rob is an experienced and passionate individual. He left no stone unturned. I was investing in a property that could have ended in huge losses. With an air test Rob was able to identify a particular type of mold that was circulating in the air. After getting the results we returned to the site for further inspection and found multiple moisture issues. I would have been investing significant amounts of money in renovations.
