Needed inspection for a renovated house
Rob was simply amazing. I could not believe the level of attention to details in his report. we received an 80 page report with so many pictures and descriptions on what needs to be done.
I then had a phone call with him to explain what the priorities are for fixing the issues. Not all of them were immediate, but I was pretty happy with the explanation.
We then had a second inspection after the seller fixed many of the concerns. Rob did an amazing job overall. Will work with him in similar situations and highly recommend him.
