Rob was the first person to get back to me from a list of 3 recommended Home Inspectors from my Realtor. He was easy to communicate with, over text, phone, and email and he was straightforward without any tricky language.
I appreciated how efficient he was in scheduling and also arriving to the property that I was purchasing the inspection for. He arrived early and got started before I had the chance to get there. He communicated at the beginning, a little throughout, and took us through an overview of the property at the end of his inspection.
He was friendly, honest, and genuine and I really appreciated his simple insights and willingness to explain anything that I was ignorant too. It was very helpful and didn't feel passive or aggressive as it has in the past with other inspectors.
Finally, we were under a time crunch and Rob delivered his report within only a couple of hours which was very well organized and thorough, with descriptions, pictures, and also helpful explanations and examples of the issues. This report was incredible and helpful.
