During COVID you would think customer service and amazing pricing would be unavailable well it’s not.
Michael is the front man, but all correspondence are done through email, text and phone. The quote were one of the best we received for high quality blinds. The customer service carried on all the way through the project, even following up with an email after the project was finished.
Charles is your technical man and installer. He is polite, quick, tidy and knows his product. He made some great recommendations that suited both the room and style of our windows. Charles goes above and beyond. I would high recommend this company for service, pricing and installation. Well done and thank you my windows look great. I will be back
