I am very impressed by the service I received from this company -The manager James, was outstanding in his professionalism & getting the job done. James answered the phone & was out in minutes to review the job site, and started work immediately. He recognized the urgency of removing the water and was on site with a competent crew within an hour. The company is extremely responsive to customer needs and goes the extra mile to get the job done. I am posting this as I think both James and his crew should be recognized for their outstanding work. Kudos to Restoration 1. Thanks again!
