This is the third time a capacitor has been replaced since the unit was installed in 2013 - it goes every two years (almost exactly).
It seem right to be paying over $300 every two years for the equipment you sold us.

It important to understand that your heat pump unit is operating 24/7, 365 days a year, in both heating and cooling. So it is not uncommon for consumable parts to fail from time to time.
