Myself the owner and the tenants are totally dissatisfied with the work of this company. I have paid $5418(before taxes) to replace/repair this Aqua Therm 30 Unit. There doesnt seem to be any warranty of the replaced unit ot the labour.??? Totally dissatisfied, hope that the AC works now and the company stands behind the new part and the labour.

However, you were only charged for labour. Despite the parts being outside of the manufacturers warranty you were not charged for parts as a courtesy.
