Worst for customer service! Technician damaged our floor and claimed it was done before he arrived.
Had to have fridge fixed 2x within a 3 month time frame. Service calls booked to repair and no one would show up. Whirlpool uses this company for their warranty work so if we could we would NEVER use them again.
