Charles very quickly responded to our request to have kitchen pot lights replaced. We received a complete explanation of work that would be done accompanied by a firm cost estimate. He completed the job in a very short time frame and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with how he explained what he needed to do to replace the existing lights and the products he would use. He kept any mess to a minimum.
