Im happy with all the work his team and him did at my bungalow house from the 60s. He suggested appropriate lighting in the living room and dining room. Charles and Joey have done an exceptional job. From beginning to the end, they have been quick to respond, friendly, clear in their communication, and extremely knowledgeable and professional. They listened to our needs, provided advice, and executed the work timely and with quality. Whenever we had any hiccups in our renovations, they were flexible to accommodate our schedule and whenever they encountered anything unexpected (which happens in an old house), they were quick to let us know and find a solution.

For this job, they replaced our old panel and all exterior plugs, added several new plugs to the house, six new lighting fixtures, and two new ceiling fans, which was challenging as we have no crawl space, but was done beautifully. They also installed new lighting fixtures across the whole house.

Charles and Joey clearly care about their customers, which shows from their attention to details and dedication to the work.

We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Quick and Professional. Charles was supposed to come in on a Saturday but he was around the area the day before and chose to come over and check the problem. He set foot in the door, checked the issue and called it "we could do it now". He gave us our options, I chose one, and he got to work. I assumed that these upgrades took some time—like a day or two. I was just surprised to see the Ottawa Hydro guys outside informing us that they will be cutting the power—so Charles and Dave could work on the electrical panel.
