I'm in the midst of selling my house and after the house inspection, it was discovered there was a problem between the kitchen drain and the basement. Overwhelming for me, to say the least....

The next day a technician was at my house, explained to me the issue and exactly what would be involved to fix it, then proceeded to fix it the same day (no "consultation then return to do the job another day"). I'm very pleased with the technician's work and the courteous manner I was treated with by anyone I dealt with at Gold Medal - I would highly recommend them.
