Despite some miscommunications at times, I would definitely recommend. The quality of the windows is good as far as I can tell and the work of their installers was outstanding. We had two different crews to perform windows retrofit and do cutouts (drywall and bricks) to install new windows and widen existing. Both crews were very polite, efficient and meticulous and we are very happy with the result. Their price was better than 3 other companies we contacted and some of them wouldn't even do the cutouts/brickwork that Euro choice did. They were also knowledgeable regarding the Greener home grant/loan process and able to provide good advice.
