It was an outstanding experience from the salesman to the installation. Windowrama was professional, polite, versed on the product, and efficient. The salesperson, Paul, took his time to explain his product, the process, timing and the cost of replacing the side windows on my home. The person that came out to measure the windows took his time and was personable answering any questions that I had. Because my home was built in 1975 it had to be checked for any lead paint. The technician that came out was also very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me the readings on his equipment.
The installation was wonderful. The two installers worked quickly but, efficiently. I was amazed how wonderful the windows looked when the installation was completed. I was shown each window, how it slid, the lock, and the overall workings of the window. The installers cleaned up and left no mess. Beautiful job and I will not hesitate to recommend Windowrama when ever I have the opportunity.
