This is the second time I've used Windowrama. Previous year, I had them replace the 4 worst windows in our house. This time, I had them replace the next 6 worse which is the living room. Used to be able to feel the difference just walking in the room. Now with the new windows, that room is actually a little warmer than other rooms. I had one of the vents shut now to even on the temp with the rest of the house.
Guys showed up before 8 and setup outside, then got to work right away. Took a break for lunch and had the windows completed in 6 hours. Not bad considering the largest of the windows was near the top of the vaulted ceiling and it was in the - 10 outside.
Dont' be afraid to get windows replaced in winter. Yes, it was cold while they removed the 3 front windows, but that only last for 1-2 hours and I was able to go upstairs in a bedroom and stay warm until the new windows were installed.
The cleanup efforts were good. They brought their own vacuum cleaner and even outside they put down covers.
Excellent work just like the first time around. We'll continue to use them until all our 20 year old windows are replaced.
