Scratching noises in the attic

I was about to have some insulation added to my attic, but on a couple of occasions I had heard some scratching noises that I was a little concerned about. A friend had recommended Louis, saying that he was one of the best professionals that he has dealt with... ever! Well, Louis didn't disappoint.
