Louis was prompt, professional and jovial. He did a great job and I noticed that stains that were there when we moved in where now gone - where the previous tenant had had carpets cleaned before our arrival.
The landlord was impressed with all the carpets as we were. I felt the price was very reasonable for the 5 rooms, 2 of them quite large. Louis was quite efficient in knocking these off and I was impressed that there was no discarding of dirty water at our place. I was also impressed that he used wall guards to guide the hoses and ensure no damage would occur. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
