We purchased a 1979 original home and spent several months renovating the whole thing. The vents had clearly been neglected for years, plus we added to the state of them with renovation mess. Modern PURAIR were a pleasure to deal with and provided a very reasonable quote for all vents and 3 furnaces. They were punctual, professional and efficient. Our technician was very friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house with myself and my 3 small children and also leaving him alone in the house to do his work. He removed 3 large garbage bags from the vents so we were so thankful that we had only moved in a few days prior to the service!
I rarely take the time/remember to review companies, especially if the service was good. However, after months of renovations and dealing with countless companies, we have realized how rare it is to have a flawless, stress-free experience at some stage during a service.
