Mark and his colleague, Kevin, did an amazing job cleaning out the duct from our dryer which was dangerously blocked. Apart from being a nuisance, this blockage by old lint, etc. was a serious fire hazard.
Kevin and Mark worked very hard and conscientiously to fix the problem regardless of the time and effort it took to get it right. They also explained everything to us as they went along.
We strongly recommend Dr. Duct to anyone with a similar problem!
