We contacted SES for one of our basement wall without having power. Mr. Mohammad came to our home next day evening as it was not an emergency. The problem was diagnosed in first 20 minutes and fixed. It was one of the outlet that was found burnt. It was replaced with a new outlet. The problem was resolved but besides call service charges of $100 we were charged another $299 + tax. So we end up paying total $457.63 for a burnt outlet replacement which I think is ridiculous price. You must get a quote before inviting them.

After getting approval from our clients we started work and make sure clients agreed with terms and conditions. You were fully informed about $100 service dispatch fee which didn't include any work and then $299 quote was for diagnosis and fix your electrical circuit not just an outlet replacement so don't mix up two different charges.
