I contacted Ken to help me with what I believed was a squirrel problem in my garage. When Ken arrived he knew immidiatly that the pests were rats, not squirrels, and gave me several options for how to deal with the situation. After talking it over with Ken, we came up with a hybrid solution. Ken was very fair in his pricing and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with some clean up work that we needed to finish before dealing with the rats. He even provided me with a bunch of garbage bags to help with the clean up! I cant say enough about the services of Gotcha Wildlife. Although the final results of the pest control are not in, I felt that Ken was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with. If I ever run into another pest problem, I know who to call.
