This builder makes you believe you are getting the best Quality for what you pay for, they take short cuts, use chipped tiles, put in doors with scratches and use horrible paint that chips if you wipe it. After the sale we were basically non resistant to the sales rep. I would never build or buy with this group, if I could do it over I would.

Jaclyn, I apologize for the delay in response. We understand there were some items that needed addressing and that our Warranty department was able to correct them. Hopefully all of your concerns have been addressed.
