A big shout out to Rob and his team for a job well done! After interviewing other contractors for our project, we hired Rob. Right from the start he instilled confidence in his ability to do what we wanted done. He provided us with a detailed timeline as well as promised and delivered a team of workers daily to keep the project moving along. He
kept us up to date on what was happening and if any issues came up he quickly advised us and provided us with problem solving solutions that remained within our budget. All of Rob's team were professional, friendly and courteous and showed us and our home respect. Attention
to detail was evident and we quickly developed trust that our reno was in good hands. Rob's patience was amazing and he never seemed flustered, even under pressure of being very busy or solving problems, sometimes more big than small. He clearly has a very good rapport with
his team and we suspect a lot of that comes from mutual respect. We
enjoyed working with all those who walked through our door, with special mention of Kyle (amazing!), Peter, Matt, Tony and Bill and Fraser who built and installed our kitchen.
In the end, our main floor, especially our kitchen (the main focus) was finished beautifully and we are very happy with the end results. We will definitely recommend Rob's Quality Contruction to anyone who is looking to have work done in their home. We will also hire Rob back again if we decide on any other projects.
